Reservation Information Using the calendar page link on the left, check that the dates you would like to stay are not already booked. If dates have a white 'X' inside a black block, they are already booked. A telephone call, or email reservation will hold the room for 7 (seven) days. Deposit: A deposit equivalent to 1 (one) nights stay, or 50% of a multi-night stay is required to confirm the reservation, which should be received before the 8th day after initial booking. Payment: Personal checks and cash are acceptable. You may hold your reservation by mailing a check to the address shown on the 'Contact Us ' page Cancellations: You will receive a full refund if notification is at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival. Less than 30 days' notice will forfeit 50% of deposit. Check In: Time is from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Check Out: Time is 11.00 AM. If you need to, please discuss arrival and/or departure times with us, we can generally be flexible. Children are welcome at any age, but please be responsible and take care to supervise them appropriately. We Recycle: Please help us by separating out your recyclables into the provided bins Smoking is not permitted inside any room, or whilst out on the property. EVER. An ashtray is provided on the deck for use. Please be very diligent with the disposal of all smoking waste.
